SOUTHEAST SINGERS CHOIR

The Southeast Choir is a select vocal group and was a new addition to the Southeast Elementary music curriculum for the 2011-2012 school year. Students meet once a week before school on Thursdays and will perform at school concerts, special assemblies, and in the community. The repertoire will include popular tunes as well as some of the standards. Interested students should contact Mrs. Piatt and will audition at the end of September to determine voice placement.
The Southeast Singers will perform at both the 5th and 6th grade programs throughout the year and will possibly perform on a field trip in the community during the spring. Students will receive song sheets and CD of the songs that they will perform during rehearsals.
