We're glad to have you back!  Sixth grade year is a very exciting year of band because students are reaching a level of competency on their instruments that allows us as a band to perform some really exciting music!  This year, we will be focusing on playing in small ensembles (duets, trios, quartets), performing for lunchtime talent shows, and full band music.  We will still be working out of the Essential Elements 2000 Book 1, and we recommend that your student has a folding music stand for at home practice. 

This year, we have a new schedule with band and will have full band everyday!  We meet from 11:54am-12:24pm (Quaker Time) during the school day. ​
